Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Calmel mat. If you're not, here's how we handle returns.

Change-of-Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may return your item within 60 days of delivery provided it is unused and in its original unopened packaging. To be eligible, the product must be in the same condition you received it.

As calmel is a food-contact product, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used. This is a hygiene requirement and applies without exception.

We cover return shipping on all eligible returns.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange return shipping at our cost and offer you a full refund or replacement — your choice.

How to Start a Return
Do not send anything back without contacting us first. Email us at support@shopcalmel.com with your order number and reason for return, and we will send you further instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when it has been issued. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
